Delivery via our logistics partners
Skinn K. currently ships orders to Belgium and France via its logistics partners. Some eligible orders located in Brussels and the surrounding areas may also benefit from local delivery carried out by the Skinn K. team.
Delivery zones
Belgium - Brussels and surroundings
For some addresses located in Brussels and eligible surrounding areas, a local delivery option may be offered at checkout.
This option depends on the delivery address provided by the customer and may not be available for all addresses in Belgium.
Belgium - other areas
Orders located outside the local zone are delivered via our logistics partners.
France
Orders destined for France are currently delivered only to a relay point via our logistics partners.
Home delivery in France is not currently available.

The minimum purchase amount does not include any delivery fees, discounts, or applicable promotions.
Free delivery
Free delivery is applied according to the zone and delivery method available at the time of payment:
- Brussels and surroundings: local delivery free from €50 purchase, when the address is eligible.
- Belgium outside local zone: free delivery from €69 purchase.
- France: no free delivery is currently offered.
The actually available delivery options are displayed at checkout, based on the address provided by the customer.
Shipping times
Our preparation times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order is shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order is shipped the next day.
- For any order placed Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order is shipped the following Monday.
- For any order placed on a public holiday, the order is shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times
Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Belgium: 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery method and destination.
- France: 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, time of year, or logistical constraints.
No home deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Possible delays
Skinn K. makes every effort to ship and deliver orders within the times indicated above. However, delays may exceptionally occur for reasons beyond our control, particularly during periods of high activity, in case of logistical constraints, specific transport conditions, or exceptional events.
If Skinn K. is unable to meet the announced deadlines, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either:
- to maintain the order with a new estimated deadline;
- or to cancel the order with a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
