General terms and conditions of use and sale - Skinn K.

1) Overview

Welcome to Skinn K. (the "Site"). The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to Skinn K.

We operate this website and our online store to offer you products and services related to K-Beauty (hereinafter the "Services").
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

By accessing the Site, browsing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2) Access to the Site & customer account

You declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence to use our Services.
To place an order, you may be asked to provide information (email, addresses, payment, delivery). You guarantee that this information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The account is personal and cannot be transferred.

We do our best to present our products accurately (photos, descriptions). However:

  • The display of colors may vary depending on the screen and the device;

  • Descriptions, compositions, formats and availability may be updated at any time.

We can limit quantities per order or per customer when necessary (e.g., stock management, product launches).

4) Commands

When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. The order is considered accepted only after:

  • order confirmation, and

  • Payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, stock unavailability). In such cases, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided.

The prices shown are subject to change at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of ordering (and included in the confirmation email).

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in EUR. Any applicable charges (delivery, taxes, etc.) are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to be authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6) Shipping & Delivery

The delivery times indicated are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

The transfer of risk (loss/damage during transport) is governed by applicable consumer law. In the event of a damaged or undelivered package, please contact us so that we can initiate a carrier investigation.

All content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, design, photos, graphic elements, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Skinn K. , including any harm, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with Skinn K.

Shopify may also process certain data necessary for the operation of the store.

If you post a review, a comment or send us suggestions, you agree that we may use and display them (e.g. on the Site), in accordance with the law and our Privacy Policy.

You guarantee that your content does not violate the rights of third parties and does not contain illegal content.
