Returns and refunds

Return period

We operate a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • New, unused, in the same condition as when received

  • in its original packaging (and with any accessories)

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice)

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, unsealed or whose packaging has been altered cannot be returned.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, contact us at: contact@skinnk.be
Specifically:

  • your order number

  • the product(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return (optional but useful)

Important: all returns must be requested in advance.
Parcels returned without validation may be refused.

Return shipping costs

Unless the error is ours (incorrect/damaged/defective item), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective products, or preparation errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@skinnk.be with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product and the package

We will find a quick solution (replacement, credit note or refund as appropriate).

Non-returnable items

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards

  • opened / used / unsealed products (hygiene)

  • Items on sale (except for defective products or errors on our part)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The simplest solution: return the item (if eligible), then place a new order once the return is accepted.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without giving any reason.

This right applies only if the products are unused, in their original condition and unsealed when hygiene/safety requires it (frequent case in cosmetics).

Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, we will confirm it by email:

  • receiving the package

  • acceptance or refusal of the refund

If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days .
Depending on your bank, the appearance of the refund may take a little longer.
